Split P soup

Simple quick: sautéed in olive oil, leek, carrot, celery, italian seasoning, mirin; add a cup of the dried peas, Not-Chicken stock, kombu-shiitake dashi, pressure cooked fast while Joel was driving home; add a splash of Bragg Aminos at the end, and crushed red pepper to taste.

Served with green salad and toast
