Local kale and pasta

The winter farmers market! Easy to spend over $30. on cabbage, kale, collards, turnips, squash and sweet potatoes.
Ahhh but what sweet, delicious kale, sautéed with Greek seasoning, Aleppo pepper and Mirin.
Serve with pasta and Field Roast sausages.
(note experimental Greek twist rolls)
