Kitchen Sink Croquettes

Take whatever leftovers you can find...blend in the Cuisinart with a stale roll aka bread crumbs, a couple handfuls rolled oats, and an egg. Make patties coated in a thin shake of sieved flour and sauté till browned on both sides; transfer pan to a 350• oven to finish. Serve with ketchup (and bowls of leftover soup)

Some cooked seasoned chickpeas and vegetables; caramelized onion and collard sauté. But almost anything goes. Tasted pretty great, something like tofu burgers or falafel.
