Miso soup

Kombu dashi (stock)
4 c water
1 strip dried kombu
2 sliced mushrooms
Sliced green onion
Cook stock 5 minutes in pressure cooker
Put 1-2 T miso in each bowl (i used 22gr) and mix with a small amount of stock, then ladle in the soup with its mushrooms and scallions. Add tofu, soy sauce to taste
